How to Book
Community Transport services are available Monday to Friday.
You must provide at least two days’ notice for local area bookings, and five days’ notice for bookings to destinations outside Hawkesbury Local Government Area.
All services are subject to the availability of vehicles and drivers.
You will often be booked into a vehicle with other patients travelling to the same or a nearby appointment. If this is not suitable, please tell the team.
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know the day before.
If you have an urgent or next day booking, talk to the team. We may be able to fit you onto an existing service run. This is not guaranteed and is subject to vehicle and driver availability.
