Rayna is an accredited practising Dietitian with over 4 years’ experience in private practice, medical and health centres. Rayna is very passionate and determined to assist clients in achieving their goals. She believes in simple and realistic changes to improve health and wellbeing of her clients.

What can a dietitian help with?

Our dietitian can provide you with support to manage dietary related health conditions such as but not limited to:

Dietitians do the following.   

• Assess nutritional needs and provide a nutritional diagnosis.
• Develop meal plans tailored to your needs and preferences.
• Provide nutrition counselling and support individuals and groups.
• Provide an individualised approach to healthy living.
• Provide education and support with cooking skills to help with confidence in the kitchen.

Obtaining a referral

To get a referral just call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and ask to be referred for Dietitian services at Peppercorn Services Inc. We also accept clients privately and through NDIS plans.

Accessing services

Services are available at the Hawkesbury Learning and Leisure Centre in Richmond. Home visits are available for those within the Hawkesbury, Blue Mountain and Penrith areas, or alternatively, telehealth services are also available.

Cost of service

For clients who have a referral through My Aged Care, the initial appointment, has a $20 client contribution, and follow-up appointments, has a $10 client contribution. Clients who have a referral privately or through NDIS plans will be charged according to the NDIS price guide.
